Dalgona Coffee with Choco Syrup

INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. instant coffee
2 tbsp. hot water
2 tbsp.Milk
Chocolate syrup (Optional)
Ice & Milk for serving
How to Make:
1.In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coffee, and hot water & milk.
2.Vigorously whisk until mixture turns silky smooth and shiny, then continue whisking until it thickens and holds its lofty, foamy shape.
3..Fill a glass most of the way full with ice and milk with choco syrup at the side (Optional).
4.Scoop out the whipped coffee on top of the milk.
5.Then Serve.
